Terrible service. They refused to let us stay after we were late checking in. They not only would not refund our money, they kept our money for the next 2 days for two rooms. They basically double booked the room and collected rent for two rooms by two different people. Unbelievable. Hotels.com refused to help make it right. Our company will not use hotels.com ever again

Was the most terrible experience they don't have parking area the neighbor is just terrible and scary, that stinky a Marijuana and they didn't want to refund the money i never had a terrible experience on my life

Avoid at all costs. There was hair in the first bed. Then I moved rooms, went to have a shower. A bug ran out from under the towel and the handle fell off. And there was a constant high pitched beep right outside my door.

Get what you pay for except when price gouge.
Very minimal amenities and the whole place smells of cigarettes and fabuloso. But I have to say for $100 it’s fine for me in nyc. But you will get what you pay for and don’t expect much here. If you must oay more I suggest paying more elsewhere at brand hotels

Good for the price when not gouged.
They have the audacity to upsell and gouge on the weekends. Don’t bother paying extra for different room types as they are not worth it. This place is fine for 85 plus nyc tax but that’s it. Front desk has no control of guest that are disorderly. Building smells of cigarette. Very few amenities if any. You get what you pay for here and it’s still Far Rockaway with new buildings on Mott. A train still there
