Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.

我亊前是不知道是沒有冷氣的，以這個價錢是不應該的，在網上訂的時候沒有資料說明是沒有冷氣的，消費者有權選擇，當我訂了後價錢是八百多元，但是我朋友在其他的Apps在差不多同一時間offer只是四百多元而已.

Disappointed as ceiling was filthy, with dust hanging down, worn carpets throughout, flaking paintwork in bathroom and bedroom windows did not open. Car parking was chargeable at $20 per day and the restaurant only serves breakfast ( no evening meals! ), neither of which were detailed when booking.

To start with a positive, the staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent service. This is an older hotel that has unfortunately been let to run down. Our room was very tired and had not been upgraded in a long time. It was quite noisy and you could here everyone else around you, and a lot of light coming in around the windows and doors. In saying that, the bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good, a good selection and definitely helped me give them an extra star. If you are on a budget stay here, its safe and in a pretty handy location.

I have had the pleasure of being introduced last year around this time to stay with a close friend, we dinned out came back met the receptionist, slept comfortably and a primo breakie the next morning, absolutely 5 star for my wonderful experience not too mention feel very safe at this very co sy hotel :)

Window right next to a busy road with very little sound deadening so very loud, fridge also very noisy and next to the bed. Bed was average. Service was brilliant, reception was easy and instructions very clear.
