No staff, but reasonable price

This property is basically a set of rooms at a boarding house with maybe 50 other residents who use the same entrance from the street. Security is adequate. Room is clean and modern. However, the check in is by appointment only, with a very nice lady who doesn’t speak a lot of English. We were asked a week in advance what time we would be checking in, and didn’t realize we were setting up an appointment. I estimated 2 hours after our international flight landed for clearing Passport control, getting bags, and taking an Uber to the hotel. Turned out it was only 45 minutes, but the door was locked, no one answered the phone, and we had to wait on the street outside the entrance for 75 minutes until the checkin person arrived. If we had known it was not a hotel that was staffed, we could have paid closer attention to the details. But the property was fine, and other than that glitch, we were satisfied

Right in the heart of Trastervere. Room was nice and spacious. Can be noisy only on weekend. Enjoyed our stay throughout.

NOISY, location great, room good enough

Small hotel, the room is good enough, location is great the big problem is the NOISE because is located on the first floor and there is bar/restaurant with tables on the sidewalk with loud speakers playing music until 2 am
