The decoration was quite shabby with paintwork peeling etc. Fire alarm went off 3 times in 40 mins. Bed was quite comfy so was able to sleep well.

I went through the whole stay without a remote control for the Tv.as my request for batteries wasn’t met. Luckily I don’t watch Tv so this had little effect on my stay. Parking was good Building and halls were not fantastic but the room for one night for a single traveller was absolutely fine and met my needs.

The room was shabby, with damaged doors and woodwork, non-operating lights, very little cold water through the tap or shower. The carpet was dirty, worn and had seen better days. There was a very loud and late function of some sort (thumping music into the small hours and shouting as people finally left) right under my room, making sleep elusive. There were mugs provided, but no teaspoons... The desk staff (1 person) was, however, very accomodating and welcoming. It is just very sad that the establishment did not match her enthusiasm. Would actively seek alternatives on any future visits to Coventry

The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk in to town, good parking, easy reach of the station. I was on the 2nd floor, a bit of a hike, no lift. The room was Ok but maybe a bit tired. It was VERY hot, I know the weather was warm but it was not possible to open the window much and it was very very stuffy. It was satisfactory for a one night stay and if I was going to Coventry again I would consider using it again but I would not rate it a great deal better than OK.

Only two staff for everything ; room wasn’t ready one went off to hoover it , couldn’t park, couldn’t eat as restaurant was closed, no wine left in the bar. Very badly stained carpet, curtains hanging of the rail, bathroom toilet system didn’t fit generally Really bad old & tired Hotel

Close to where we needed to be,comply bed. Parking is chargeable £8.20-24hrs Says restaurant,but no breakfast served. Loud music going on 1.30am Our door was broken,was told at check in,we was given impression someone was coming to look,no one did. Could not turn the water down to the shower,far too hot,so gave it a miss. Bathroom door did not shut,debris from that door in the bathroom.

The hotel could do with major redecoration. However, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the wifi was very good, the TV was better than average, the location was great if you need to take a train, parking was free. I did not have breakfast. No complaints.

Terrible experience. List of things not working -lights -bathroom door will not close - could not shower or bath - slow dripping cold water and all or none hot water. - a very polite and courteous staff who was not interested to sort anything out - they tried to transfer me to a smaller and even worst room. The rooms are right above a restaurant - loud music playing till late The 2 good things - Parking - free plenty of it - they allowed ne to park till late after checkout Proximity to the train station - 2 min walk.

The hotel is dirty and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the fire safety is a major concern. I was woken at 00:30hrs by someone banging on my door. And at 04:30 hrs I was woken again by someone knocking on a door in the corridor as the hotel seems to filled with foreign workers who first language is not english.
