必须特别说一下，服务真的非常贴心。check in的时候就详细问清楚了之后的航班或者出行安排，当时就替我订好了taxi，然后给了我一份周边的地图。welcome drink也非常好喝。 和图片里看到的一样，是美式工业风的酒店，实际比图片里更有冰冷感，和贴心的服务很有反差萌。我觉得我是不容易被装修影响情绪的人，但是这个装修还是让我觉得心里空荡荡的，敏感的朋友请考虑一下。 春节的时候旁边正在举办庙会，因为合艾的华人比较多，春节氛围浓厚，甚至还有京剧戏台，当然歌舞晚会也必不可少，非常热闹。也就是从这一段开始到李花园酒店，一路上全是吃的，我真的从没见过这么长距离的夜市。合艾真的太让我喜欢了。

Girl at the front desk is above and beyond. Probably one of the best service I've ever got. And the hotel and the cafe downstairs are beautiful. Made us wanna stay longer!

Perfect for one night stay
Modern and brand new, spacious rooms, well equipped (only missed the kettle in the room to make coffee), quality air condition, good service. Not on the main street, however, still a bit noisy at night. Would recommend to introduce breakfast option as part of booking.

Definitely Coming Back Again
Friendly and sincere hospitality. Also really appreciate the time and effort taken to describe the places to visit on the map. You definitely need to eat at the dimsum and fish stores 3min away. They aren't reviewed on the internet, and we won't have gone there if the staff didn't recommend. They were so good that we back there twice in our short stay.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
This is a really great boutique hotel with a cool modern industrial design. I loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The small cafe is nice and the coffee was delicious. Best of all is the staff. They were some of the sweetest, kindest people I encountered on my trip. They offered to help me with everything including my onward travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Hat Yai. The positive reviews and high score that it has are well deserved. Thank you!

A great honeymoon!
Kudos to La Pause Team, thank you for setting up everything for my honeymoon. Easy to deal with your team. The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The hotel design was beautiful. And also i’ve rent a scooter from my hotel too! Easy for me and my partner travel around. No worries because they with approach you guys with every information and famous places a Hatyai. Super Hotel design a Hatyai
Super Hotel design a Hatyai, on a fait une pause dans cette hôtel pendant notre voyage Malaisie / Thaïlande et ont a été agréablement surpris. Hotel moderne style loft, la chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable, wifi marche parfaitement. Les filles a la réception sont très gentils,on est reçu avec une délicieuse boisson thaï et de lingettes humides, elles expliquent les restos proches ( Un super merci a la super réceptionniste qui apporté notre lourde valise dans notre chambre) . Je conseil cette hôtel.

Rooftop room N7 has a pump installed above ceiling of room. Pump start and shut every few minutes, loud and disturbing. Unable to sleep. Woke me up during my sleep. Complained to receptionist to cancel a second night paid if room cannot be changed. Main downside of my stay because of this annoying noise. Management must resolve this issue for a paying guest.

Impressive! Good location , wonderful hospitality by June at the reception who not only gave us a colored map on thr locals and popular eating joints, she even personallly brought us right to our room, told us about the non chargeable beverages in the fridge. Love the personalised printed welcome note kn the bed. What a wonderful experience. Truly a league of their own. We've stayed in more expensive hotel in Hatyai and none like this

By far the best hotel that I have stayed with. The hospitality and the environment are all beyond expectation. Location is abit far from town but all are well compensated with the awesome experience and also the staffs there. Best experience and will definitely stay at the hotel if I visit hat yai again.
