This place is shady and it taught me to look up the conditions of a property before booking. I was pulling up with my kid’s to check in and there was a drug deal in the parking lot, a man circling my car like me was waiting for me to get out and park and there was no parking anyways! I’m so sorry but I wouldn’t stay here single or with kids. Women please beware! I refused to get out of my car and check in and it looked as if 2/3 of the rooms were occupied by full time residence with personal items sprawled along the outside of their rooms which just looked awful for people to see checking in

Absolutely horrible experience at Discovery Inn. First off, they will DOUBLE CHARGE you for the room because they claim they “don’t take third-party payments,” even when your reservation has already been prepaid. Completely unacceptable and feels extremely unprofessional. The customer service was terrible, communication was rude, and nobody seemed willing to help resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution, they make guests feel like they’re the problem. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and honestly ruined the stay before it even began. The management lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic hospitality standards. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else unless you want unexpected charges and a major headache. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
