Excellent stay great rooms, helpful friendly staff helped with check in and even loaned us a laundry basket to move our charitable donations we are traveling with. They validate parking for the Walnuts shopping center car park.

Rooms appear larger in the photos. That said it was clean, very quiet, and staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in this chain of hotels in the future. Great value.

Pretty clean unit with good sound proofing. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. The fan didn’t work all the time in our unit and the a/c was a bit intermittent. Close to everything

I stay there for 4 nights, the at my arrival was not so clean, I ask the second day at the reception to clean the room and I also put the label on the handle door, but nothing was done at my return. Internet is not working well, impossible to work from the room. The parking where you park the car is only opening at 6am, I had to leave at 5:30am to catch my flight at Gatwick but impossible to access the car, the reception did not inform me about that. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a convenient location - close to bus routes, grocery shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. The exterior windows could use a thorough cleaning and the rooms could use an airing. The bed was comfortable and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of coffee and tea options. I was aghast, though, to see scrambled eggs prepared by microwaving them in a plastic tub.
