Our stay started out good. Hotel is clean, in good repair and staff were very friendly. Woke up next morning and found we had some uninvited guests, bed bugs in both our queen beds. Reported it.to the front desk and they were very apologetic but said they weren't not able to doing anything for us since we booked through hotels.com online. Unfortunately will not stay there again

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We were a little upset to find there was no hot tub or baby pool whatever was shown in the photos so that should be updated for other guests for future references.

Nice staff, and the room was big. Pool was freezing, though. My daughter had been looking forward to it, but was shaking the whole time and got out after ten minutes. Convenient to a few dining and shopping options if you don't want to drive into Punxsutawney (though it's an easy and quick drive if you do).
