Every single towel and bed sheet was stained , bathroom door didn’t close correctly. Loud noise when shower was turned on. Hair on the floor when we walked in and no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Smelled like cigarettes as well

Unfortunately the condition the room was in it was very hard to enjoy or even relax. It was not quiet, people loitering outside, the non smoking room reeked of smoke. I have a special needs child so we chose an accessible room and it was not good, the floor vinyls were detached and tripping hazard. The beds were not comfortable at all I understand it was a last minute budget stay but we have had better low dollar rooms before. I was woken up hourly so I ended up leaving and heading to Stanford 3 hours before our normal departure time.

This hotel was a scam upon arrival there was a sign in reception saying hotel is closed with no communication from them or this site. People were in rooms and the reception staff cancelled our reservation there and then infront of us

This place should be reported to the local health department, bed bugs, dirty broken beds, broken locks on doors, no hot water. I'm wondering why Expedia is allowing this business to list with them

2/10 不太好

The rooms were dirty. They were roaches in their rooms. The refrigerator roaches were coming from under the bed on the dresses. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t work when I changed to the other room the sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. the rooms were dirty. I looked at a banded, and I took pictures. And the rooms don’t look like what’s advertised on the app.

We never were able to check-in. Our booking was cancelled due to the motel having plumbing issues. Unfortunately, we were not notified and were left stranded without a place to stay. The staff didn’t help with any further accommodations nor directed us towards another solution.
