Booked 2 rooms, both were at the back of the hotel, 1 had a small window, the other none. Previous stay was at the front with windows. Restaurant staff is run by OJT staff not professional waiters. Went down for dinner, was told had to be buffet. If I wanted a la carte it was available if I ate it in my room. I asked the waitress where can I eat and was told go to Jollibee. When I went to complain at the front desk she made a phone call and said I could eat in the rooftop restaurant it had the same a la carte menu. The only caring waitress at breakfast was Wella. The rest I would terminate on the spot. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked with items running out.Will look for another property for my next visit.

The staff allowed me to check in early and I'm very grateful because I'm a surgical postop patient. The room was quiet and spacious, although the room I received had no window(s). I can hear people walking outside the door, including the walkie talkie used by staff to communicate with each other. However, it did not bother me. Overall, the staff were helpful and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.
