The property is old style motel, but kept up nicely. There is plenty of parking & very close, 1 minute walk, to the beach. It is basically a summer destination but also good for a stopover on the way to northern Maine's many vacation spots.

I would not stay again. It was fine for our short trip. The vanity had hair on it all over the door. The train right behind the rooms was not ideal.

Location, location, location. My 13 yo grandson and I stayed for 2 nights. Room is clean and functional and close to everything. They do need privacy curtains as the blinds do not block the lights on porch.

I had a fantastic time at the Inn on Soho Square during my visit to Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t hear the train at night, which made for a peaceful stay. I’ll definitely be returning 100% for another great experience!

Good location, but that was it. Mattresses were terrible and the trains (tracks right behind the hotel) made the whole place shake. Window shades would not not keep out the street lights.

It’s a great stay for a night small rooms but the pool was amazing only thing is the shallow end is 5ft the middle is 7ft and the deep end is 9ft incase you have smaller children but everything else was amazing and so close to the beach I rate 8 out of 10

Anna was very helpful and had a great time as usual. Like this motel a lot they accommodate me with a balcony which I love every time I ask.
