The night time front desk employee was very helpful -check in for 15 people was easy and quick. I called the morning of flight and was told a shuttle would arrive at 1:00 am it did not and I had to call again and then he arrived 20 minutes after 1:00. Your process needs to be improved

The hotel was well managed and the staff super helpful and friendly. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in and in my room within 10 minutes, including parking my vehicle. The location was a little confusing but once there easy I had no issues. The distance from the airport was about 5 minutes - and depending on the time of day is the amount of traffic that you will find. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a location near the airport for a quick night or two. I cannot attest to staying longer as I was only there the one night. Again, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they do provide airport transfers if you are not renting a vehicle or driving in.

The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone. When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and no willingness to help or resolve the issue. Because of the delay, we lost valuable time, had to pay for an Uber, and cancel our dinner plans. While the hotel itself is new and clean, the lack of customer service from the front desk manager left us with a very negative impression. The hotel is fairly new. Beds were comfortable, staff were nice and breakfast was good. We stayed one night as we landed super late and wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. We did use the shuttle, which I called to schedule pick up ahead of time. However upon getting to the airport we waited. I then called the hotel and was told I should have called them to be picked up. I’m unsure what the point of calling ahead and scheduling a pick up was for. Otherwise everything else was good.

Checkin staff (male) was rude and annoyed by my arrival. The shuttle took more than hour to pick me up from the airport despite the front desk female staff telling me that driver was about to pick me up
