Only great things to say. Check in with Kostas was easy and helpful; rooms were huge and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities, everything was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We were able to do our laundry en-suite at the end of a long trip - talk about a gift before coming home! Highly recommend.

Nice space, but very noisy with club below open till 4-5 am every night. But staff was very friendly, helped any anyway they could. And the location is nice. Good idea for a longer stay with family / friends.

An exceptional two-night stay from start to finish! The entire residence was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the amazing staff everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and highly attentive. A special shoutout to Stelios (Kazantzidis), who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the wonderful complimentary beverages—it was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

I was traveling with my adult son and his girlfriend. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with another WC and sink was extremely helpful. The kitchen and living area were modern and clean. Beautiful space

My stay at September Athens Residence was truly wonderful. The reception staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The building has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel throughout. Its location is very convenient, close to all major attractions. Highly recommended. Mi estancia fue perfecta, lugar recientemente nuevo,buena localización, el personal es espectacular, los muchachos de la recepción muy amables y pendiente de tus necesidades, lo recomiendo 100 %

The hotel is brand new a lot of space because it is an apartment. They have a whole bar for guests with unlimited water, snacks, wine and coffee machines on roof top. Staff is nice. The reason I gave 4 stars ( which the hotel might not have control over) is the hotel next to a music bar. They played live music and partied till 5 am in the morning ( I don’t exaggerate) the whole time I stayed. During my stay in July 2026 there was a construction next to the hotel so they started at 6 pm right after the music ended. If you are a light sleeper like me, you should be careful. If you like to drink, you have a whole bar upstairs and go sleep well then it is a perfect stay

It seems that they are newly opened and just working through the kinks. The unit is not fully stocked yet (no pots and pans, not adequate towels, etc), there are drainage issues in the bathrooms that led to water coming out of the showers (half doors) and it ends up with the floor soaked each time. Overall, very reasonably priced and a good location, but would not stay again.

We had the opportunity to use September Athen Residences for three separate bookings over a 2 week period as we travelled around Athens and around Greece. From the very first check in we knew we were in good hands. Our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight when no one was at the front desk but the communication with them made for seem less entry into the building and our suite. The suite we had booked was exactly as described. Sure the walls have some marks on them and maybe the paint job could have been better, but the suite was great, as were the beds and bathrooms. We spent two nights and getting around by foot was easy to get to all the iconic sights. Great restaurants and bars all close by. Our second stay, we arrived very early before check in. They kept and secured our bags for us which allowed us to do some more sightseeing and have lunch and they texted letting us know when they had our room ready for us. This allowed us to get in and start laundry for the next leg of our journey. Such a great resource to have when you only travel with carry on. The gem of this facility was the person that worked the front desk and provided the majority of our communication. Stelios was remarkable when we were delayed and couldn’t check in on time, to allowing us to leave our bags. Little things that he just did with a smile. We are off to travel away for another 5 days but look forward to our return to a great facility and a warm smile from Stelios
