A well located and budget friendly hotel for staying a few nights in London. The rooms are the true meaning of no frills but this is to be expected and is described as such . One warning though, the toilet/shower room is incredibly cramped and not easily usable for those of us of a larger build . There were a few issues that need to be looked at such as a flickering bathroom light, and fluctuating water temperature . But again, for the price in zone 1 , I cannot complain !

Our stay was great, aside from the fact that none of the wall power outlets worked in the room, Room 110. We ended up having to resort to using the USB plug that at the bottom of our bedside light to charge phones and power banks.

Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either.

Camera minuscola al limite della vivibilità. Spazi assolutamente insufficienti specialmente nel bagno microscopico dove era possibile lavarsi i denti stando seduti sul wc. Ho soggiornato 2 notti e la camera nonostante non fosse stato esposto il segnale “ non disturbare “ non è stata riordinata con nessun cambio degli asciugamani bagnati . Per il prezzo pagato qualità e servizi assolutamente scarsi e non adeguati Mai più .

Staff on check out were disinterested and non conversational. Didn't say anything to me, just took the key. If they'd have asked I'd have told them how terrible my stay was due to the noise of of other guests and general work taking place in the hotel, banging at 8am. Train noise I expected but not the rest.

unfortunately the first room I was in had bugs beside the headboard and on the floor and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The window in the room I got moved to was stuck open, thankfully there was a screen to pull closed. The only plus was aircon during the heatwave and the good location.

Room was for one night only and on crazy hot and humid London night. Thankfully the air con was icy cold, and the overly small room cooled down very quickly. No window, just a curtain into a basement with a very bright light all night. Would I stay again? Maybe, but not for more than single night.

We checked in and went up to our room. 5 minutes later the cleaner just walked in whilst my partner and myself were getting changed. The man from reception then proceeded to come up and insinuated that he had put us up in a different room. Bear in mind, the key card was set up for this room. Initially the room seemed clean enough, however after a full day out we arrived back and found that neither of the bins had been emptied (there was a used tampon in the bin) and the bed hadn’t been changed. There were food stains and hair in the bed. It was too late to get someone at reception. I have emailed easy hotels regarding said issues and their response was vague and dismissive. Book elsewhere, there are plenty of lovely places to stay in the vicinity.

Friendly staff and great locations, with central bus line right on the doorstep and only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. We booked an accessible room, since my spouse is in a wheelchair, and got a very nice unit on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible for wheelchair users, and even though the room was small it was enough space for two people and the wheelchair.
