My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. Check in was also seemless got a message with codes for front door and room key lockbox if arriving after hours.
