Sanghita the manager was terrific! My ONLY complaint was that when I got up in the middle of the night to turn off the fan unit, it wouldn’t turn off. It’s a minor complaint. The room was clean and neat and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pillows were insufficient to our needs. The bathroom was too small; the shelves for soap and shampoo extended too far into the shower, and the toilet was way too low. The Wi-Fi was sporadic, and check to make sure the refrigerator is turned on. The floor covering was quite slick for socked feet.

Bed wasn’t a Queen size as I booked. Very small for a standard queen. Front desk person could have been a little more friendly too. Would have stayed there longer had I felt more welcome. Felt like we were a burden for staying there. Wouldn’t go back. You need to work on customer service skills.

The computer is misleading. The reality is that it is not very nice. I could not get the TV to work. She gave me another hand held and it also did not work .She finally sent a guy up who got it working. I asked for a refund. and even offer to just take half. She said she could not refund me. Then a little matter was a very little amount of toilet paperb with no back in the room . We had to go down and get a roll. Bottom line, we would never go back there.

Okay, So... I'm going to be totally honest. I never write reviews, 'this Motel" I feel like I have to. So, the Cleanliness was probably 4 maybe 5 stars. However the Staff was horrible. I live in Columbus & my family traveled from Pittsburgh. They came up to see me. We got there pretty late around 12am. So I reserved my room beforehand and I was going to bring them up to my room. So I could help them book a room via 3rd party for a discount. As soon as the Staff seen them heading up to my room. I got a phone call. The lady demanded no Visitor's & wanted me to come to the office. Heading down to the office, she yelled at me & basically bullied me into the door. Very unprofessional. I literally had to explain myself to the point that I had to have my mother-in-law book a room through them instead. The whole time this lady, that works in the office is literally on my ass about everything like I'm a 2nd class citizen when I was a paying customer. I absolutely did nothing wrong but try to stay at a motel where my family was at. So come 10:30am, she literally only knocks on my door to say, "Check Out" is at 11. I was up by 9:30am dressed, planning my Uber & breakfast. I felt like I wasn't allowed to stay another night, even if I wanted to. The point is, I really wanted to like motel, but the staff made it impossible. She really made it feel like a prison. I will never stay here again because I will always feel unwelcome.
