Meu único arrependimento foi não ficar mais tempo. Equipe extremamente educada. Localização ao lado da estação de trem. Mirante dentro do hotel para ver as ruínas e o céu à noite.

Everything about the hotel was excellent but they do not have a water filter to fill resusable water bottle . Once in a day they put small water bottles in room which is free but other than that you will have to buy water . Drinking water is only issue other than that everything is great about this hotel . Very clean, comfortable , very well maintained , very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had some vegetarian options but in general I am realizing that over all Peru is not very vegetarian friendly just very few options . Not just this hotel everywhere you go it is the same .

We had a wonderful stay at Tierra Viva Ollantaytambo! The service was excellent, and the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food, although replenishing items and turning over tables could have been a little quicker during busy periods. Overall, a very pleasant experience with outstanding hospitality. The staff truly made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo! Suggested rating: 5/5 – Excellent, with a minor note about breakfast service.
