Llegando al hotel, el recepcionista Cuauhtémoc nos quiso cobrar una tarifa más alta de la que ya teníamos prevista en el recibo de esta aplicación y no eran las habitaciones que habíamos seleccionado, el trato del recepcionista fue de verdad nefasto, tenía muy mala actitud y respondía de manera muy grosera, entrando a la habitación encontramos una fuga de agua en el baño lo cual generaba un charco muy grande en todo el baño y al comentarle al señor Cuauhtémoc se negó a revisarla con un rotundo no, al igual cuando no podíamos hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado se negó ayudarnos. De igual forma las habitaciones nos las entregó separadas siendo que ya habíamos especificado que las queríamos cerca y las habitaciones que eran para adultos mayores nos la otorgó en el tercer piso y no había elevador, lo cual nos pareció muy desconsiderado. También al final tuvimos que optar por pagar solo 2 habitaciones en lugar de 3 por que nos pareció muy injusto que nos quisiera aumentar la tarifa y la estancia fue muy incómoda.

Muy buen hotel para quedarse, el personal es muy amable, los precios la verdad estan bien para lo q ofrece la habitación, muy comodo y limpio, con Internet, aire acondicionado, tv y balcón. Cabe destacar que es un cuarto para dormir no para cocinar ya q no hay refrigerador para guardar alimentos o barra para preparar alimentos, solo una mesa. Lo único que si me entró en duda es que el baño huele a veneno rait, y es algo fuerte el olor cuando llegas, de ahi fue buena mi experiencia.

Es un lugar muy céntrico y muy bueno para dormir y bañarte, esta limpia la habitación, y esta excelente lo del aire acondicionado e Internet, ademas de que la tele es smartv, algo que esta muy bien es que puedes salir y acceder las 24 horas, y todo está incluido en el precio, sin costos extra.

La habitación estaba sucia. Tiene buen aspecto porque no tiene mucho que lo renovaron pero la cortina del cuarto la sostienen con una pinza de ropa. La regadera tenía tapados los orificios y solo salia agua por tres. La tuve que destapar yo. La internet funcionaba esporadicamente, se iba y venia.

Habitaciones no cuentan con clóset, se arruga la ropa. Si te atiende el personal de turno nocturno parece estar peleado con la vida, pésima su actitud. Cortinas no cubren al 100% el ventanal, al empezar el amanecer la luz te deslumbra.
