We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! Everything at the resort is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The décor is modern and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. The beach was beautiful, lined with palm trees and perfect for relaxing. The water slides were a huge hit with our 8-year-old, who had an amazing time every day. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, family-friendly getaway with great food and a gorgeous beach, we highly recommend it!

Considering it was opening week of the resort, and some amenities were not available, we still had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment crew. Mr. Alfredo Zapata and the rest of the crew were energetic, friendly and made the experience fun and enjoyable. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well kept. There was always a staff member cleaning or maintaining the grounds and beach, The food and beverages were delicious, with many different choices to enjoy. The pools and waterslides were excellent as well. We would definitely go back to enjoy our next family vacation. We recommend this resort.

The resort was just as described online. All of the rooms are not online yet but they are doing well considering everything is not completely open. Some of the staff were amazing to include Juan, angel, junior, Tomas, Marisol, the and several of the young men that worked on the sports bar. Other staff were very rude but we did not allow them to ruin the experience. The buffet was good surprisingly and the Italian restaurant . The steakhouse was horrible. Overall I'd give it a three and a half out of five stars.

The hotel is brand new, its really beautiful, however it has a lot of issues still. Elevator at lobby wasn't working all the time. The food at the restaurants takes about an hour to be served. My room got flooded, a pipe exploded. Restrooms in public areas were always out of soap. My bags took an hour to be delivered from my hotel to the lobby. They still need to work on a lot of things to become an excellent hotel. However. Service and amenities are great. Night shows ara a plus.

This place was amazing. It is a new resort therefore everything was spotless. We traveled in July and same as last year in Mexico lots of seaweed so we did not go to the beach. The pools we enough for us. Will definitely book again.

They just opened for ten days on our trip so not all the restaurant and swim up pool are open. 80% of The staff did not speak English so it hard to communicate. The restaurant reservations staff did not speak English at all they messed up my reservation.

The resort itself is very beautiful & well maintained. Construction is still is process though. Rooms are very big & the beds were comfortable. The amenities are also very nice the slides and lazy river were great especially for kids. The pools & beach closes at 6pm which is very early. The horrible side was the blatant racism by some staff especially the Manager in the main lobby & some servers they didn't even try to hide it . I returned to the front desk for change & was also met with racism from the two guys there. Caroline , Starlin,Junior, Yeferi & 2 other servers in the pool bar were amazing . However due to their coworkers behavior & racism I would not return nor recommend this resort . I felt unsafe and it really put a damper on my first vacation with my granddaughter.
