After a ridiculous 22-hour delay to our incoming flight, the staff were incredibly accommodating to ensure we were able to check in after normal hours. The hotel is right next to Akabane Station which made trips a breeze. And the hot springs at the hotel is incredible. We'll definitely be staying there again!"
