A beautiful building in a wonderful location. Right in the heart of the old town. The room was a good size with all mod cons. It had a little Juliet balcony which was a nice touch. The receptionist was extremely pleasant on our arrival. They kindly stored our bags as we arrived earlier than check in.

Excellent location in the historical centre just yards from the cathedral, central market and plaza riena. Easy walking distance to main rail station Estacion del Norte and metro stop. We took metro from Airport( line 3 or 5) to Xàtiva stop. €6.10 then taxi from Estacion del Norte across the road to hotel €5.50. Comfortable room quite spacious but short on storage space. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Kettle/coffee machine in room. Small cups. Staff helpful with directions etc. Would recommend for short city break.

Alejandro was fantastic; however the Manager, Francisco, was less helpful and was difficult to communicate with. He was dismissive when we tried to discuss the broken safe and the noise from the room next door. The hotel room was of a high standard but the soundproofing was very poor, as we could hear the family talking in the next room and we were woken very early with the children crying at 6am most mornings. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel’s location was superb and within a 2 minute ask from the cathedral and the square.

Çok iyi bir otel,aslında konum da seyahat edenler için çok iyi ancak otelin bulunduğu konum çok gürültülü ve bu normal bir gürültü değil, ya da kalabalık bir yere ait bir gürültüden fazlası var.Gece yarısından itibaren sabaha kadar susmayan,kavga eden,çığlık atan ve bağıran insanlar.Son gece burdan ayrılıp başka bir konumdaki başka bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldık çünkü uykusuz kaldık. Şehir çok güzel,otel,çalışanlar,her şey şahane ancak bu bölge kalmak için doğru bir yer değil.Bunu yetkililer çözmezlerse bu konumdaki otellere büyük haksızlık olur diye düşünüyorum turistik açıdan.Gürültü sorununun otelle ilgili olmadığını belirterek, Otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz…
