新酒店設施一切滿意，房間整潔，廁所乾濕分開！房間有四張獨立床，每個位都有獨立充電及床頭燈！ 特別滿意房間內，準備好不同嘅用品，例如咖啡，茶包及水！ 而且房間還有洗衣機， 10分方便 極之推薦一家大小旅行首選！！

Fantastic location in walking distance to all the major sites and experiences in Hiroshima. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

Overall a great stay despite a few things; like the room being not too small but not well designed, no microwave, a few things; but a great location, decent beds, etc. It looks more like a 3 stars than a 4 stars regarding the overall quality, but nothing to fear.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff and comfortable room. The only negative was a gym without weights or floor mats-so limited usage. Laundry in room was a huge bonus.

Made a last minute reservation and arrived late, but staff was super helpful and kind from the moment I arrived. Room was great, a bit small but well organized and with a good washer/dryer with detergent. I also really enjoyed the lounge.
