Love the contactless check in/out and never having to see anyone but if you do have an issue they will respond to messages on the app. The snacks and drinks were unexpected but much appreciated. Thats something that made them stand out from other hotels to me. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend. I did have issues with the tub not draining water and the vent in bathroom needed cleaned but otherwise top notch!

The gated property was a plus. Keyless entry from the app-10/10! Cleanliness was fantastic. Tv screen was huge. Lots of bath towels, hand towels, & wash rags (not like most where you have 1 set for 1 person) I had 3 sets for 1 person. The room came with some snacks (chips, cookies, muffins, & bottled water). Responsiveness of the staff through text was quick & easy. Overall, I’d recommend. Definitely will book again. It wasn’t very busy, I felt safe (as a single woman, traveling alone, this was a huge plus as well).

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hot Springs, only a mile or so from the National Park. The rooms are in great condition & newly renovated. The price was reasonable & includes free parking & wifi. They offer a SmartTV with streaming apps. There's no staff on-site, but the gate access & self check-in were very easy.

It was a very clean and nicely remodeled room. It does need a comfortable chair for relaxing in other than the dining chairs. The snacks were plentiful and appreciated. The ice machine wasn't working while I was there. They were blowing the parking lot with a pretty loud blower at 7p.m. Probably would be better to do that between checkout and checkin. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The Derby Inn was Fantastic! Rustic getaway smack in the middle of Central Ave. Short walk to Oaklawn racing/casino and of course the historic Rocky's corner! Very cozy, extremely clean, bed super comfy, and the TV is HUGE along with Fireplace, really sets the atmosphere for relaxation right in the middle of the city. Check in was very smooth and nice to have gated area with contactless entry - no key or card to carry around was very nice. Staff (which is onsite during the day) is SUPER Friendly and helpful! Stayed in the King Rustic and I can't say enough about how cozy and comfy this place is. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean, but we only had one towel the first night. Housekeeping quickly brought more towels the next morning. Our room could have used a chair, maybe remove one of the nightstands. We also could not get our fireplace to work. Convenient 1/2 mile walk to Oaklawn.

The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space to hold your personal belongings like toothpaste, deodorant and etc. False advertisement like its a luxury hotel and just a remodeled Motel. I had hell trying to get receipt on what I paid so I could split with my roommate. I was so embarrassed because I told my date that it was a really nice place to stay and it was like a remodeled Motel Six at best. It was clean was the only positive thing I could say. Cheap on soap and not enough towels. Over $700 for one king size room for 2 nights was outrageously expensive. I was so disappointed. When I see the price and pictures, I thought it would be a luxury hotel. No pool and you couldn't access the vending machines for ice or laundry because the door code was screwed up. I called but no one ever came to fix it. I will never stay at such an overrated place like this again. Price gouging at the finest. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially carrying a date. I was so embarrassed.

The Derby Inn was a nice hotel that has recently been updated. The room was clean. They provided coffee, some water, and snacks. Great place at a great price. The hotel is located close to everything you would need.

A lovely motel close to the town center. The property is secured by an electric gate and the rooms have been beautifully decorated. There are extra treats in the room to add a special touch and the hotel was quiet at night. My only (tiny) criticism would be that the ice machine didn't work! Would definitely recommend.
