Has the potential to be a nice apartment, but lots of small issues add up, the carpet on the stairs is loose and dangerous, bathroom door doesn't close never mind locking, dishwasher didn't work, apartment door needs a handle as its difficult to close without slamming it. The noise from the boiler is so loud if you flush the toilet in the night it wakes everyone , bathroom tiles are lovely but haven't been cleaned properly since fitting, same with bathroom window, labels left attached to self build furniture , lots of dead flies etc
