Lovely clean hotel in a great location in Venice. The reception staff are excellent, the breakfast was good and the lady serving was lovely. Canal view, good bedding and a strong, hot shower. Small note, the shower is separate to the bathroom area and has no door or screen for those who want a little more privacy.

Rooms are updated and very clean. Staff is very helpful! My only complaint is that the beds are a little stiff. This hotel is in a quiet more secluded part of Venice; however, a short walk to everything Venice has to offer. You can be dropped off and picked up two minutes outside of the hotel. This hotel has negative reviews that are from before their renovation. I think this is a great little gem in Venice!

Amazing hotel, perfect location 30 seconds from water bus, quiet courtyard area yet only minutes from 2 beautiful squares in opposite directions over quaint canal bridges with some lovely restaurants. Turn left then right then left over small bridge to campo Santo Stefano square or right to another square. And again 8 /9 minute to the main St Marks square. Hotel staff very helpful and all are lovely. Even printed us tickets to airport so can pay at reception at normal price to save worrying about this! Room cleaned daily and spotless, comfy bed and very modern large rooms and huge bathroom with walk in shower. Looks even better than the photos. We had a juliet balcony looking out onto courtyard and I truly did feel like Juliet!! Good breakfast lovely continental selection and small cooked selection, all very tasty. Worth a mention if anyone needs to know is a very good salon style large hairdryer which was very welcome and didn't need my travel one! Perfect stay and glad those this location and hotel!

A great hotel in a perfect location. A few steps away from a ferry stop which was ideal so we didn’t have to walk around Venice with our luggage. Hotel was clean, rooms were super nice, and staff was wonderful. We had told them we were celebrating our honeymoon and they had champagne in the room for us when we checked in. Water fountain is right outside the hotel for you to fill up whenever you need. Overall just a great hotel at a really affordable price.

It's very close to the vaporetto stop, just around a minute walk. The hotel sends direction on how to get there a few days before the reserved arrival date. The a/c is working well, perfect for a very hot day outside. It was generally quiet.

Amazing hotel!! It’s newly renovated so everything seemed so clean and untouched. We stayed in the room with a balcony and the view was amazing. Very spacious room & bathroom. The only con would be we did not get daily cleaning when we were suppose to but other than that it was great!! The hotel is also right by the water taxi stop which was convenient when coming from the airport & leaving to the train station.

We loved this quaint hotel! We were greeted at the local water taxi station by hotel staff to welcome us! The staff were also able to help schedule our water taxi to the hotel and to the airport.
