10/10 好極了

Check in was excellent. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time but our room was ready and we were allowed to go to it immediately. All contact with reception throughout our stay was excellent. The receptionists all spoke very good English and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a little dated but spotlessly clean and were cleaned every couple of days. Our room looked out over the bar area but all entertainment finished by 11pm so we had no trouble sleeping. There are 4 pools all of which had plenty of sun beds and parasols. We visited at the end of September and it was very quiet. The apartments are well situated approximately 15-20 mins walk from the marina and main resort and there are bus stops immediately outside the apartment. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here.

Good value apartment, if slightly tired. 15 minute walk from town centre but close to supermarket and bus (including airport bus). 3 pools, almost deserted in mid-May.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay here. There were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable and not what I expected. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so we had no way of properly adjusting the temperature ourselves — it was either too hot or too cold. The hotel is also right next to a construction site, which meant there was considerable noise and disruption. The bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock, and the rooms felt very old-fashioned and in need of updating. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was particularly unpleasant and looked dirty and worn. On the first night, we couldn’t even open the balcony door. We contacted maintenance, but even the maintenance man couldn’t get it open, The hotel is in need of some serious updating and better maintenance, and unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. We checked out 3 days early and hotel refused to give a refund!
