The room is clean and the staff were great, very friendly. But please do put some reminders when to close the kitchen for us to be aware.

Access very difficult for me to second floor. Room and ensuite well cleaned. Could definitely do with air conditioning.

6/10 不錯哦

Room was small and not much storage space. Elevator not working so wife with mobility issues had to use the stairs. Staff were pleasant enough.

2/10 不太好

Very disappointed. Not a good image for NZ. Very lacking basic room servicing. Beds not made. Tea and coffee not replenished. Basic things like tea towels and cutlery not there etc.. No Aircon, just a fan. Had seperate shared kitchen that was dirty, and hot water only on one sink.

2/10 不太好

On arrival we found were on the 3rd floor and the lift had been out of order for some time. We are both over 70 and have both had back procedures, my wife has a torn shoulder, I have hip and knee problems and I have had a heart attack. There was no assistance available to get our cases to the unit. Once we managed to get up there we found a room with no air conditioning, a hole in the bathroom door, holes in the wall beside the bed, someone had drawn a dartboard on the wall above the bed and there were dart holes all around it. We also noticed that the smoke alarm on the ceiling was missing it's cover and the electrical wiring was exposed. Who knows if it works. There was no bath mat, no face washers and no clothes to wipe the bench or table. The TV seemed to turn on but the freeview machine refused to load so no TV. When I tried to see them about it on two occasions the reception was locked and nobody around. They left a phone number on the door but useless if you are travelling without a phone. After years of travelling in many countries I have to say that this was the worst motel I have ever experienced. Would not recommend it to anyone.
