Due to the incorrect information (that there was a card in the key holder but it turned out that there was not a card; but the door worked with a e-code) provided by the host, I had a problem in checking in for a long time and it was not possible to contact him/her through the phone numbers s/he provided.
What is more, rather than saying sorry once, s/he blamed hotels.com, and provided a new number saying I can contact him/her there, while not explaining why the two numbers s/he had already provided did not work after all... worst management experiences ever.
