King bed suite was perfect for our stay in Pell city. Comfortable bed, more than adequate bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette. Hotel was extremely clean with friendly staff. Will stay again when visiting family.

The place was clean and quiet ,,,,,,, I slept most of the time and didn't get to enjoy any of your amenities. I am heading to Atlanta this weekend and I will be staying at a Marriott. Thank you, Charles

Very nice and quiet say. The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly, especially the front desk manager. I love that they had a laundry room made it so easy to return home and unpack very close to a lot of shops and food options. Just book it!

6/10 不錯哦

The manager that was there when we arrived was very pleasant and helpful. However, the air condition did not work well and my room was room all night. Then after shower in the morning the water would not shut off. It kept dripping and making noises on the metal drain pan. The checked person in the morning was not the friendliest. Hotel is beautiful, smells clean, and loved the gym. Overall a great property and great stay just need to get the issues fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Very polite staff and the room was clean. Shower had low water pressure but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
