This hotel is very bad, I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. There is no one at the reception and the rooms look like a garbage can and the price is very expensive

Property is not good with cleanliness. No car parking, we came for check in , there is no front Desk , online check in only. So we spoke to Hotels.com and cancelled the stay.

Very close to train station and very helpful host however I requested a lower floor room but ended up on the top floor, no lift , host carried my case up but was a lot of stairs to the room

It’s not recommended!!! Although it was cleaned , everything is outdated so felt grubby. We could not sleep because there were people in and out in other rooms, talking very loudly, doors banging .

No staff. Door worked fine first time but was very tricky later on and had trouble getting into the front door. Decor was very tired. Shower was great and worked fine but tiles were cracked. Beds were ok but obviously well used. Fan provided which was great as room was very hot. Room was nice and quiet. Convenient for city centre.
