The room was nice with a nice bathroom as well. Giulio was awesome first making sure we got in the room ok upon arrival then making sure my wife and I had everything we needed especially espresso in the morning😁 and he was even willing to play along and try to help me improve my Italian a couple of mornings while he was busy and I was making espresso and probably talking too much😆

Very nice room in a good location. Rather than a hotel as such this is a room in a large apartment. Everything was good other than I would say the aircon is poor, we have since moved on to Florence and Venice in both of which the aircon in the rooms

Exceptional communication by owner, A/C was on when we arrived and MUCH appreciated! Clean, organized, quiet- just what we were looking for! Others have mentioned this, but you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator/lift which is small. It worked fantastic though- we never had any issues, just had to be a little creative when loading in our luggage. Well located in a lovely and safe area- just a quick walk to the Colosseum and in Monti which has tons of food and shopping options. We loved this location!

The room was clean, it is well located and close to public transportation. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle and cooktop. There is no one at the reception, instructions were sent via whatsApp to self check-in, but the staff is very responsive. I enjoyed my stay there.
