The hotel is new and the staff makes every effort possible to make you feel great. It has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. But again, the best of this hotel is its staff. It is perfectly well located. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Prizren

Very nice hotel in walking distance from everything. Nice breakfast and hood sraff. Very clean and new hotel.

Positives: location is a few minutes walk from the old town. Reception staff were helpful, and did their best to rectify the poor house keeping. Downside: Our first night the room we had a kettle that did not work , no suitable cups, no coffee or milk. Only one small bottle of gel in the bathroom. Breakfast consisted of two unusual set menu choices, and instant coffee or tea.

Great location in Prizren! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms look good and are comfortable but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Across two room we had unclean toilet, forgotten towels, broken soap holders, running toilet and smell issues. The breakfast was tasty and with a nice view, but be aware of indoor smoking. Easy accessible and convenient on site parking.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt von Prizren gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war groß. Aber leider war der Wasserkocher nicht sauber und es gab nur noch wenig Duschgel in den beiden Flaschen.
