Nice room, but under maintained. Paint as coming off or peeling. Could have done with better glazing to the sea-front window because there was a strong wind that could be felt with the window shut. Also, thought this was a non smoking venue, yet the smell of weed in the corridors was strong. But needed a bed and shower. They were provided, so happy.

I booked this hotel especially for parking, when we got there it was full. Still full at check in time. Had to pay £20 to park for the day in a secure parking area. Couldn't leave it on the street as only 30 minutes or permit parking. Darent leave it in some places as too rough. Smashed up caravan in 1 area. Spoilt our day. Definitely won't be going back to Blackpool

Advertised with free parking they don’t have a car park When booking I emailed to ask for a room low to the ground as mobility is an issue, they said no problems, after traveling to the hotel we were told the room is on the second floor We didn’t book in requested a refund but the “platform” has to ask the hotel and the hotel apparently don’t answer the phone We traveled home after finding out the room was unsuitable When we were in reception we heard other people saying there back had been stolen reception staff were unhelpful The platform lets these crooks get away with it all so they get there slice of the pie
