Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien placé à 5 min à pied de la gare. Bon emplacement pour visiter le centre de Manchester à pied en quelques minutes. Personnel au top. Petit déjeuner très bien. Hôtel au lobby accueillant et chaleureux. Chambre très correcte, propre et fonctionnelle. Petit bémol avec la TV qui ne marchait pas très bien.

Habitación espaciosa con camas muy cómodas. Café y té en la habitación,así como amenities en el baño. A 5 minutos de la estación y a 15 minutos andando del centro. Calle muy tranquila. El personal muy amable,y tienen un desayuno buffet muy completo por precio muy bueno. Hotel muy recomendable!

Staff are very nice and helpful, originally we are arranged to a room without AC supply, after talking with them, we are relocated to a new room. Breakfast is good too. Just there is no handheld shower is a bit inconvenience for me.

Dålig incheckning, man får ingen informationen gällande boende vid incheckning, ingen trevlig välkomnandet. Ingen hälsar godmorgon på frukosten. Mitt rum har inte blivit städades men ingen bad ursäkt istället började de säga att det är housekkepings fel. Front of house personalen måste vara trevlig och hjälpsamma. Jag rekommenderar absolut inte.
