The location was perfect, the staff accomodating and personable and very helpful. The room was clean, (though the hoover had missed some areas under the table and chair.. only noticable to us because our small kids tend to crawl under everything) the breakfast buffet had both cold and hot options. We appreciated the variety of pastries, yogurt, cereal and fruits innaddition to the full English available. Tasty too.

Nice and quiet room with the necessities you need apart from the lack of a fridge to keep your liquids nice and cool but I believe the non existing fridge is standard practice for this chain of hotels. Parking was good but located on the other side of the hotel and perhaps a bit to far to walk if you like me are an old fart that has a body that doesn’t perform as well as it did seventy years ago…

Vi bodde på dette hotellet i fem netter. Det største problemet var renholdet og mangelen på tydelige rutiner for rengjøring av rommene. Rommet vårt ble ikke rengjort som forventet. Jeg måtte selv kontakte hotellet og be dem komme og vaske og rydde rommet. Første gang jeg ba om rengjøring, ble dette glemt. De kom først dagen etter, og da var det allerede vår siste natt på hotellet. Når man bor fem netter på et hotell, forventer man at rommet blir rengjort jevnlig uten at gjesten må mase eller minne personalet på det. Det var også flere andre ting som trakk ned helhetsinntrykket. Vi opplevde blant annet at det heisen var ikke særlig ren. I tillegg var det svært lytt på hotellet. Vi kunne høre mye av det som skjedde på andre rom og gjennom veggene, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å få den roen og hvilen man forventer når man er på ferie.
