It’s an OK hotel in a very nice area and the staff is helpful. But make sure you don’t get the room on the 1. first floor with no daylight and a view to industrial pipes only (The price is the same for a similar room on the 5th or 6th floor with city/skyline view) Besides that the room has very bad internet and if you want access to better internet I.e. to be able to work from the room, they will ask you to pay extra for that. When we checked in we were 5 people in line. A guy was behind the counter and he could say hello and welcome. But he could not check any of us in. We waited for the one man who could manage the system. The bartender didn’t know what wine he had in the bar. The breakfast had lovely fresh fruit.

The location is excellent. Walking distance from Smithfield Shopping Mall, trains, buses, food etc. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is delightful. Would definitely return.

Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs.
