Personnel très aimable. Hôtel assez facile d'accès. Seul hic. La chambre n'étais pas au top ( du moins la douche ) qui était obstrué par un trop plein de cheveux dû a un manque d'entretien . Sinon hotel calme et proche de l'aéroport

Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet Sengene på mit rum var alt for korte, selvom jeg kun er 186cm høj stak mine ben langt ud over fodenden så man lå ubehageligt og samtidig frøs om fødderne. Madrassen var slidt op i den ene side, men heldigvis kunne jeg lægge mig over på modsatte side. De påstod at værelset ikke havde støj gener fra vejen udenfor, men man kan høre alle lastbiler der kommer forbi om natten

We did not have breakfast, too expensive on top of room cost. Transport to and form the airport is frustrating. I would not choose this location again if travelling through Gatwick. Hotel is fine, transport is the issue.

It was ok! Very very strict about checking in on time, will charge if you even try to check in one minute early. I don’t recommend this area because it’s a business quarter not much food around to eat and it’s only businesses. The breakfast was decent.

We took the Metro bus from the airport and paid 3 pounds per adult. It would be good if the hotel provided more info on this service on their website such as bus numbers. There's lots of info at the hotel for going the other way. The duvet in the room was winter weight and far too warm for the time of year. Didn't seem to be able to turn the temperature down in the room so consequently kept waking up and was an uncomfortable night. On a plus side, restaurant very good and waitress Monica excellent.

Svært hyggelig personale! Vi fikk hjelp til middag selv om vi ankom sent, og allergier ble tatt på største alvor ved frokosten! Rommene var av god størrelse, litt kalde, men rene og helt ok utstyrte. Noen rom lukter litt mugg (vi fikk bytte pga feil sengeposter), det nye rommet var helt topp! 2 voksne og 4 barn. Enkelt å parkere og betale og enkel innsjekk.

Zelf inchecken ging niet goed omdat de juiste codes om dat te doen niet doorgegeven waren, maar ik werd snel en vriendelijk geholpen door het aanwezige personeel. Ruime, schone kamer met uitstekend bed. Het ontbijt was niet exceptioneel, maar gewoon goed in orde, met ruime keuze.
