Funcionários prestativos e gentis; o hotel fica numa avenida ótima que vai até o centro da cidade e até as estações de trem e de ônibus e também gastronomia e mercados. Os quartos são de bom tamanho com ótimo chuveiro. O breakfast é bem servido e saboroso. Com certeza ficaria novamente no Premier Inverness Millburn Road.

I really loved this place. It's only a 20 minute walk to the train station / bars and restaurants. The hotel was great, staff were helpful and friendly, room was large, clean and comfortable. Excellent bed, pillows and shower.

Abbiamo occupato in due una camera tripla. Era molto spaziosa ma con una sola sedia. Il bagno di una grandezza comoda ma senza aspiratore. All'arrivo mancava un asciugamano, che ci è stato fornito dietro richiesta. Dopo la prima notte non è stata riordinata la camera. Colazione accettabile. Personale monosillabe. Insomma, niente di grave ma niente di particolare.

Spacious, well-appointed and comfortable room, uniformly polite and accommodating staff and a lovely on-site restaurant and bar in a historic distillery building made for a great stay. Only about a 15 minute walk from Inverness Centre, or a few minute bus ride, the Premier Inn on Millburn Road served as an excellent jumping off point for time in and around Inverness. The unlimited breakfast buffet offered a diversity of options and provided good value for the money. More than anything, however, the staff were genuinely friendly and exceedingly helpful over the course of our stay.

Location to city center and airport is very good. However it is right by the road and train tracks. The room is very dated and bathroom flooring is old. Not sure of any amenities. Check-in is easy and smooth. It met our needs for a one night stay before our flight but thought the price was high for this location.

Everything was perfect with the exception of temperature control of the room. The wing and room we were in was overally warm even though the temperature outside was very cool. While the room window was capable of opening, it would not open far enough to adequately cool the room.

The staff had to be called to the front desk by a doorbell, no matter what time we stopped by there. When they arrived at the desk, they were unfriendly (3 different employees); really, it seemed we were just bothering them. There was a sign at the desk stating remodeling was happening, so the restaurant was not available. I asked if that was still the case -- since we were supposed to get breakfast as part of the room rate. The girl confirmed it was still true. My husband went by the desk 2 mornings later & noticed people eating breakfast! Also, there was no room phone, so we either had to use our own cell (at a charge of 50cents per minute) or walk from one building to another to get to the reception desk. The bathroom door had to be kept closed while showering due to, according to the sign on the door, the extra sensitive smoke detector. So, the bathroom became a sauna for about an hour afterward. There was only a half wall of glass for the shower, so between all the condensation running down the walls & water from the shower, there was an area of water damage that no one seemed to care to repair -- or even hide. The carpet in the room had stains, and the parking lot had a good deal of trash, including a shopping cart in the little creek.
