The gentelman at the front desk was very nice, but the room was pretty musty. I mean, you get what ya pay for. Just felt like the pictures and description online were pretty misleading. But if ya want to stay close to SoFi and the Dome for a cheap price, this is the place.

Even in a non-smoking room, heavy cigarette smoke seeps in from adjacent rooms. The room is tiny, the bed covers were torn, and the overall smell made for an uncomfortable environment. Pest control is a major problem, there were roaches (likely coming from the bathroom cabinets or the large gap under the front door) and large flies inside. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe. The surrounding area isn't great, and there was suspicious activity outside at night. Only stay here if you have no other choice or need a single emergency night. Parking is free but the area is questionable as it’s open to anyone and they don’t enforce to have guests only parked, air conditioning extremely loud, I only interacted with staff in my check inn so not much to say, it was ok.

An ok budget hotel near the Inglewood entertainment complex. I went to a concert at the Kia Forum and was able to walk back to hotel afterwords and felt relatively safe. It was about a 35 minute fast walk. The AC in my room didn’t work very well. Don’t expect a nice looking room. Just the essentials like a bed and toilet and shower. There was also a mini fridge and microwave as an added bonus for such a low end facility. I also liked having my own private room. Hostels in the LA area are very uncomfortable and sketchy. Being able to lock your door and have privacy is worth it. As a solo traveler only staying 1 night and willing to put up with below average accommodations, this one worked for my needs. Also it was easy to get to from the airport. Take the metro connector and then get on the 120 bus.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unsanitary Room Conditions The room I was assigned was in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. Upon entering, I found a significant number of flies throughout the room and hallway, raising serious concerns about a possible sanitation, maintenance, or pest-control issue. After I reported the problem, the hotel sprayed insecticide throughout the occupied room. I am concerned about the safety of using chemicals in an occupied room without first identifying and addressing the source of the infestation. The room was also poorly cleaned. The bedspread and sheets were stained, the tabletops and cabinets were extremely dusty, and the floor had not been properly cleaned. There was no garbage can in the main room, only in the bathroom. The towels also had excessive loose fibers and lint, raising concerns about whether they had been properly washed and prepared for guest use. These conditions did not meet reasonable standards for cleanliness, sanitation, or guest safety. I expect the hotel to investigate the source of the flies, address the underlying issue, properly clean and sanitize the room, replace unacceptable linens and towels, and explain what corrective measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution to this matter and a prompt response. Thank you!
