The place was clean And well appointed. It’s a large comfortable nice space. Check in was easy and it has a facial recognition system for entry. Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches on the room and the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver after our luggage was delayed!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft; zentral gelegen; netter Empfang; tolle Dachterasse zum relaxen; alles in allem ein super Unterkunft um in Kapstadt ein paar tage zu verweilen und Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the V&A waterfront area. Although no view from the room (we were on the 2nd floor), the view from the top was incredible and the swimming pool was much appreciated.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Aviva ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns früh einchecken lassen und war stets erreichbar bei Fragen. Die Wohnung hat einen tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ein Supermarkt und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

The security was good and the location however the photos on the listing showed the bedroom had a view but the very tiny bedroom felt like sleeping in a cupboard. The bed only just fit in the room and there was a lot of hair all over from previous tenants, all over the floors and some on the linens and sofa. The kitchen was clean as was the bathroom except for the floors as mentioned.

Most of the time we were working so did not get to stay in the flat very long to enjoy the beautiful view, but it was excellent place to stay. We walked to the Bellagio the first evening and it was also very nice place to eat. The coffee place on the ground floor was also fine and probably the proximity of coffee is important to some guests. We don't know about the parking or the shops nearby because we didn't use them but the check in by SRoberts was handled very deftly. He was very nice.. Some people might be surprised by the biometric check-in requirements so it may be good to share those with people in advance (face ID and finger prints).

This is a nice space close to the Marina and Waterfront with good security and nice amenities. The communications was confused at first, maybe because of Hotels.com vs local booking services. The cleaning wasn't completed but after a couple of communications was resolved. Try the Gold restaurant downstairs for an excellent experience.

The room was super with a great views of Table Mountain as promised. Everything was clean and tidy. Easy check in experience with very good security at reception and in the underground car park. Very friendly staff. The owner Aviva provided great info on local restaurants and things to do and safe walking directions to the Waterfront area, just 15 minutes away. She also kindly allowed us a late check out as our flight home was later in the day. Highly recommended for a city stay in a great location.
