Stayed there 1 night during peak tourist season. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, as they send you the entry code through Hotels.com messages. The location was safe and quiet at night. I was able to get access to the apartment even after my late arrival flight at 1am. I would highly recommend this place as an affordable alternative to the pricy hotels during tourist season in Anchorage.

This property is south of downtown and accessible by city bus. Our apartment was upstairs and then down steep stairs. The furnishings were adequate.

This place was great. Nice room, nice kitchen, safe location. Our only comment was that an extra blanket or two in the room would have been nice. It happened to be unseasonably chilly in Anchorage at the time of our visit, and it would have been nice to have extra blankets. We ended up having to turn the heat on for our sleep -- not the simplest fix.

The mountain views shown on the site must relate to the top level apartments as our basement level one had an view into the car park from below ground level. We had trouble gaining access as there was something wrong with the entry code and it needed to be reset. Luckily one of the staff members was on hand and he was able to call and get this settled. The single room was adequate and everything worked OK but the decoration was tired. On the plus side the property was price competitive.

The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied or hadn't been cleaned. They found us another room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bedding appeared fresh.

I had an unplanned visit to Anchorage, an Emergency at Providence Medical Centre, I found this place and it was perfect for my needs. It was close to the hospital, there were food venues nearby. The property itself was situated in quite a quiet are. The studio that I staid in was very well equipped with cooker, oven, full fridge freezer as well as pots, pans, and full kitchen equipment. There was also a free laundry room. It was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and sundries. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the hospital. I stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend. It was the perfect balance of well priced comfort with free parking.
