The property grounds are incredible, offering an abundance of options for guests to explore and have access to. All staff encountered were kind and helpful. It was also a complete benefit that the Cloud Forest shuttle is literally right across the road! We would definitely stay here again!

Location was quiet as it was at the end of the road by the reserve, we stayed from a Wednesday to Saturday, staff were nice, our room was a little cramped for 4. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Room was clean and well kept by housekeeping. There was a hottub on the property but it was not always heated. There was no bar open on the property even though it was listed as part of the experience but the pool table and lounge room was a nice area to hang out and relax.
