Not a Convenient Location.
Not Good. Give you a feeling that checking your room to find out that you may have taken or pick any property from Hotel Rooms. When I asked for help for Auto at 5 am and answer was that I will find out near Petrol Pump and there was no initiative to help me to find a Auto. Will never check in again.

場所が
少々わかりづらくマップも多少いいかげんなとこをしめしています。と、少々おっかない場所にあります 部屋はなかなか良かった。（ファッションホテルみたいな感じ） 周りに食べるところが少なく、ルームサービスを利用したのですがこちらも そこそこよかった。

Terrible service
What would you think of a hotel who when a guest asks for drinking water says "why?" ! I stayed 2 days at Hotel Royal Orchid Jaipur before moving to Peppermint - did so with the intention of checking out how well the son has performed (Peppermint is built by Royal Orchid owner's son) - was shocked at the difference in service quality levels. Expect for one gentleman in the dining section (Indra - who joined only recently from Delhi) no one else seems to give service a moment's thought.

Modern, western-style business hotel
This hotel was a bit hard to find (my auto rickshaw driver didn't know where it was and had to call and ask people), but other than that it was a great experience. The room was very modern, western-style and clean. The wifi worked great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Best hotel experience in India in this price range
We had a great stay at the Peppermint. The room was one of the cleanest and nicest rooms we had in our two weeks in India. The bed was comfortable, the lighting options were nice, there were plenty of outlets, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our driver had a slightly difficult time finding the hotel, but that's most likely because it's new. The rooftop restaurant and bar looks like it will be a great addition once they're able to open it. The buffet was a little expensive for what you got, but the food was quite good as long as the kitchen stuck to Indian fare.

Nice hotel
We had a pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded my expectations The reception staff was friendly and helpful. While ours was an overnight stay and I didn't use the pool or other facilities. We did have dinner and breakfast. The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the dinner.

Very Disappointing
We booked this hotel because of the amenties and features listed on the websites. Imagine our disappointment to find out that the pool, bar, lounge, and rooftop were not in working condition. As well, the mini fridge and vending machines were empty. The staff was not friendly or helpful, yet seemed annoyed and distracted. When we left 2 hours later, there was no apology nor retribution. They delayed our check out process and offered no help, suggestions, or apology. The hotel was cool looking and design-y, though, false in its self proclaimed customer service. Also, the neighborhood seemed far from things that it is claiming to be close to. All in all, I would not recommend...even for a budget hotel, it's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Designer-esqe Hotel in Jaipur
Was really surprised to find this type of hotel in Jaipur. We only had a day in the city so didn't spend much time in the hotel, but it was close to the bus station (about 5 mins) Breakfast was ok, the hotel was modern and clean and Wifi was free which is a rare at the room rate. Only real flaw was that the staff could have been a little more friendly - not that they were unfriendly but they were focused on tasks, rather than customer service (if that makes sense)
