I got exactly what I paid for - a clean room with a comfy bed and a hot shower. Receptionist helpful. Plenty of parking and no charge. Clearly undergoing a change from a previous life but nothing that had any impact on an overnight stop. Would book again.

Positives - free parking, excellent friendly and helpful staff and room was impeccably clean. Close to EV chargers and a few places to eat, and well placed for Telford and surrounding towns. Negatives - one light bulb working out of 6, no extra pillow, loose electric switches. This hotel clearly used to be a Premier Inn which I think is the reason for so many excellent reviews, but since changing hands it is becoming run down. Fine if you just want a clean bed for the night, but i think the price is a bit much for what you get in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Nice hotel, Elliott ,who was in reception, was very helpful and polite, we had a slight problem with the air conditioning in the room which he sorted out straight away. Nice to see a smiling face.

Clean comfortable room, good tv with all the Freeview channels, good reliable wi-fi, air conditioning was excellent but needs to be controlled by reception as the control in the room doesn't work. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.The location was excellent - just outside the town centre and with 24-hr garage and McDonalds next door, and Greggs and Subway. Excellent bar and grill next door, which I'd happily travel to to eat at again. Easy walking distance to a Co-Op and Aldi.

Parking very easy; right outside the hotel and plenty of spaces. No bar in the hotel; pub next door has been converted into an Indian restaurant and no breakfast is available.

Great Value and comfort for the price!

So impressed with this stay. Amazing for the value. We were trying to stay on budget for our trip and didn’t have to sacrifice comfort here. Pub and convenience stores and fast food is across the property.

Wouldn’t stay here again. The name on here is not the name of the hotel which is odd. It’s clearly a former well know chain hotel and the bed is comfy. In my room all the bedside lights were not working. The description on this app says the hotel has a restaurant?it doesn’t - it’s a bar across the car park. It also says you can get breakfast but this is a lie. Looking back at other reviews it has been a lie for a while now. Place is a bit dishevelled. Staff nice. Bed comfy.

Way too expensive for what it is....The whole place needs refurbishing. Dated bathroom, stains on carpet, holes in the curtains. Website advertises breakfast but when we we enquired about it we were told they don't do breakfast anymore as they're under new ownership. Why advertise it on the website then?! Two positives- the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Surprisingly quiet for being on a main road right off a roundabout. Ample parking and easy to find a spot. The staff was very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room could use some touch ups and updating. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable for the night.

Recommend and great value.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Staff were very helpful and polite. Great value in a convenient setting. Huge restaurant on site with good food and helpful staff. Both hotel and restaurant have changed hands recently. Don't let that put you off. Grab yourself a bargain.
