Excellent choice in Hamburg. The bar area by the reception is the best! Gian Paolo makes excellent drinks, good ambiance and decoration. The only drawback was the construction work being done on the sidewalks in front of the hotel, but this should be finished soon.

My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Det er svært at få en parkeringsplads i kælderen til trods for at hotellet reklamere med at det er muligt at få en parkeringsplads. Personalet var ikke hjælpsomme og var nærmest afvisende overfor os da vi bad om hjælp til at finde et andet sted. Morgenmaden var kedelig og det virkede som om at det hele var prefabrikeret og tørt.
