2/10 不太好

The lady at the front desk was very rude I would ask her questions and she just ignored me like she didn’t even hear me. I would never book there again and on another note they cancelled my room without any further details as I drove 9 hours just for them to tell me my room was canceled and there was a number on file and the clerk said they never saw a number on file.

This place was disgusting I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We could not even shower there. Paid for three nights left the first night.

2/10 不太好

The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night.

2/10 不太好

This was BY FAR THE WORST place I’ve EVER stayed. I booked it because it had pretty decent reviews but I wish I hadn’t. It is so nasty and dirty. The floor was covered in trash and dirt. The appliances were not cleaned. The toilet was nasty. The beds had tons of stains on sheets, pillows, and bedding. There was bugs on the floor. The sink pipes were leaking all the water out onto the floor. When I checked in staff said there was no King rooms cleaned which is what I booked, so they gave us a double but none of the rooms were cleaned so what’s the point! I will never book this place again please be aware and do NOT book!

Room was clean, randomly got hit with a deposit chargein person after paying online way ahead of time, ($50 on top of $220 btw). Other residents were loud and fighting all morning and night, got bothered almost immediately by a random person... At least the inside of the room was as described.
