My number 1 complaint was that it rained. The window sill started flooding. Wasn't sealed properly. And the building seemed quickly built. As this generally wouldn't happen with well built buildings. The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep. Super stiff and not good. Room had dirty towels, I washed them. Stains on the carpet and walls. Chargers were in difficult spots. Aside from that it was in a safe neighborhood and I appreciated the space.

Bed low to floor. Sofa and chairs low as well. Problems climing out. Desk and kitchen chairs standard. Parking closed overnight. Parking charged $.95 for each credit and maxed out at 24hrs. so for 5 day, we were charged almost $4 more because we couldn't charge all 5 days of stay at once. But worst offense happened with our original booking of an accessible room being canceled with no notice. We were able to rebook our stay in a smaller regular room for more. Trash shoot was overflowing on last day. Room clean, smelled good. Plenty parking.

It was a great place to stay. Coded were t working when we got there, but they were able to fix it quickly. I did find hair in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but sheets and a blanket were not provided if you wanted to use the pull-out couch. Otherwise, a nice place to stay!

It was clean and in close proximity to the restaurants we wanted to try. About 15-20 min from the airport. If you want to sleep on the pull out bed, you’ll need to bring your own blanket. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was terrible as the door code system went down meaning our door code didn’t work and we had to use a key fob. Took us 3 attempts to get into our room which wasn’t until almost 4:30 when check in should have been 4. Apart from that room was clean, good facilities and very comfortable bed!

The Dorsen Stay Does Not Disappoint! Doesn’t feel like a hotel at all! Everything was keyless. No lobby desk on premises, but when emailed, someone got back with you quickly! There’s a washer & dryer inside the unit. We really felt at home, but yet on vacation! We had two balconies! One off of the living area and the other off of the main bedroom. The rooms are spacious with King size beds. There’s a on suite bathroom with double sinks vanity, a shower and a very large walk in closet (big as a bedroom). The 2nd bedroom is a very nice size also with a King size beds. The hall bathroom is also a very good size. There’s only 2 TVs, one in living area and the other in the main bedroom. When we return to Atlanta, (and we will return!), we plan to stay here! It’s close by and in walking distance to eateries, Publix & Walgreens as well as Parks!

I booked this property not knowing exactly where I was going to be working in Atlanta. Turns out, it was a perfect location: less than 20 minutes from the airport via Lyft and only 14 minutes from the studio where I would be working for two days. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower and tub were great. Although there is no concierge or front desk, there is a restaurant (Noodoh) with a good bar in the same building, and a really great restaurant (Poor Calvin's) just down the block and across the street. There is also a Publix within easy walking distance. I was a little confused about getting into the building at first but once I got the email explaining it all and it actually worked fine, I was more at ease. I didn't know anything about the neighborhood or how safe it was but it was quiet and there always seemed to be people around so I never felt alone. I missed having a front desk at first, but got used to using the code to let myself in. I'm conflicted about whether I would prefer to stay in a hotel with extra amenities because the price and the location were so good at Dorsen Stay. And Lyft worked great for transportation. In conclusion, given the demands of my work schedule, it made sense to stay in a place like Dorsen Stay with good basics but no frills. The value is incomparable and I felt safe and comfortable.
