We had an absolutely incredible stay at Shebara Resort. The design of the over-the-water villa is spectacular—beautifully thought out, luxurious, and offering breathtaking views. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with every meal exceeding our expectations. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Absolutely everybody was so nice, welcoming, and attentive. We want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful breakfast team for starting our mornings perfectly, and many compliments to our fantastic waiter, Faris, for his excellent service. We also want to give a massive thank you to our butler, Marvin, who took incredible care of us and made sure every detail of our stay was flawless. We cannot recommend Shebara Resort enough and can't wait to return!

Everything stood out. Is the best hotel out of hundreds that I have stayed in. The service, location, hospitality are out of this world. You feel like being in another planet. The room is amazing. We appreciate the late check out. Yahya gave us an excellent service at the restaurant.

The front deck service needs to be improved. Overall great place but front deck service is from 3 star hotel. They promise just to make you feel they do something but totally ignore your request

Hotel design is impressive, staff is caring and very courteous, food is very good and rooms are beautiful. Problem is that my family, including our 2 years old baby left the hotel full of cuts since the pool on our villa was is a very bad shape, with horrendous finishings that make it sharp. We informed the staff and answer was “we apologize about the pool tiles”. Besides we have our bodies with several bloody marks, everything was amazing.
