A great stay here and good value - the room is very nice, spacious and I had an en suite too. Well positioned for Norwich city centre. Staff communicated well. Could do with a bit of a spruce up but in general can’t complain!

Really lovely space, kitchen was well supplied and great location. Very handy being able to park on the drive too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A great room in a lovely property. About 15 walk to the city centre with all its attractions. Only one pub within 5 minutes walk, nearest cafe about 12 minutes walk away. No nearby park. Only parking for one car on the driveway, and strict parking restrictions on all nearby roads, not a problem if coming by public transport, obvs.

Wonderful landing spot in Norwich! Clean, bright, spacious, and cozy room, calm and friendly atmosphere, and super kind, responsive hosts. Great location too; easy walk to the city centre, but peaceful and beautiful residential neighborhood.

Lovely stay at Golden Triangle Townhouse. I did think all rooms were en suite, but the shared bathroom facilities were good. Lovely and clean and had a great stay. Walkable to the city and bus stop just down the road.

Ideally situated accommodation for access to the City centre and an early departure the following day. Fitted the bill perfectly.

2/10 不太好

When we arrived there was literally nowhere to park and there was a man shouting out the window at a lady who was parked in front of the property. We tried to find somewhere to park in nearby streets and it was all permit parking only. I emailed via the app and the response came that you could park in the permit parking after 6pm; not much use when check in was 3pm; and that there was parking in nearby streets - we couldn't find any. I did book at short notice, which was my problem (so didn't realise we would need to wait for an email from them as there was no manned reception); but not being able to park anywhere near the property meant that we just gave up and found somewhere else to stay.

4/10 一般般

Room was very spacious and clean, no curtains just a white voile, 4am it’s lovely and bright in your room and you can’t sleep, no Tv in the building

The cleanliness was good, communication was excellent and security deposit returned three days after checking out. However, this is essentially rented rooms in a shared house - the rooms don't have a kettle, a TV or anything other than basic bedroom furniture. The shared kitchen appeared well equipped and clean (I didn't use it) and sound proofing is non-existent - you could hear people making phone calls in other rooms.

The room was really nice and comfortable and the building itself is really nice and it’s close to town. However, I have a big complaint because for some reason the same room (number 2) was given to me and another person despite it saying my name on the system. The person was moved but that only happened because another person cancelled, if that didn’t happen I would have had to sleep in my friend’s house.
