We had a wonderful stay at Villa Turco Berti. The entire family was extremely happy with the beautiful facilities, the cleanliness, and the excellent service. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I must say Barbara (owner) did a fastantic job! The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of choices. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. TIP: make sure you order orange juice because it's freshly made!!! You hardly find this in all the hotels nowaday! We highly recommend Villa Turco Berti and would be delighted to come back again in the future!

We cannot recommend Villa Turco Berti highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and every detail reflected the care and pride the team puts into this place. What truly sets Villa Turco Berti apart, however, is its exceptional staff. During what was meant to be a wonderful family vacation, we experienced an unexpected family medical emergency. Being far from home made an already difficult situation incredibly stressful. The team went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They helped us navigate an unfamiliar healthcare system, offered practical support, reassured us throughout the experience, and regularly checked in on our family. They even helped care for our older child while one parent stayed at the hospital, giving us one less thing to worry about during a difficult time. In a moment when we felt vulnerable and overwhelmed, they treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and humanity. Their support made an unforgettable difference to our family, and it is something we will always remember. Thank you to everyone at Villa Turco Berti for not only providing an outstanding place to stay, but for showing such extraordinary care. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. What really made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service was truly top class. La villa est tout simplement magnifique, et même encore plus belle que sur les photos ! La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et la piscine est superbe. Le personnel est adorable, toujours accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avions choisi la suite Deluxe et nous n’avons vraiment pas été déçus : elle est très jolie, parfaitement propre, spacieuse et la literie est très confortable. Le ménage est également fait chaque jour, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit plein de charme et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Er netop rejst derfra og hele opholdet var fremragende, virkelig lækker lejlighed, lækkert pool område og super sødt personale som kun vil det bedste for gæsterne. Meget hjælpsom personale, vi havde været i Verona med toget og kom gående retur af landevejen hvor Barbara tilfældigvis kom kørende og tog os med retur til hotellet med et kæmpe smil. Vi havde problemer med vores dæk på bilen og i løbet af en halv time havde Barbara sørget for der kom en mekaniker på hotellet der løste vores problem. De arrangerede også en vinrundvisning i Soave for os. De bedste anbefalinger herfra og vi vender helt sikkert retur men tager så mere end 4 nætter. Meget nærværende personale, tak for et super skønt ophold og alt jeres hjælp 😘
